The man-cub Mowgli flees the jungle after a threat from the tiger Shere Khan. Guided by Bagheera the panther and the bear Baloo, Mowgli embarks on a journey of self-discovery, though he also meets creatures who don't have his best interests at heart. Time for another cut in the comedy Barbershop: The Next Cut starring Ice Cube, Regina Hall, and Anthony Anderson. It's been more than 10 years since our last appointment at Calvin's Barbershop. Calvin and his longtime crew are still there, but the shop has undergone some major changes. Most noticeably, our once male-dominated sanctuary is now co-ed. Apart from the cuteness of Agnes in the movie Despicable Me, the creatures to really steal the show were the short yellow henchmen working for Gru called Minions. Well now they get to shine in the spotlight with their own animated movie, named what else but Minions, the film features the voices of Sandra Bullock, Jon Hamm, and Geoffrey Rush. Minions Stuart, Kevin and Bob are recruited by Scarlet Overkill, a super-villain who, alongside her inventor husband Herb, hatches a plot to take over the world. Minions is rated PG with a running time of 91 minutes.
